The Face Yoga Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”), jointly owned by The Face Yoga Lab and JLJMedia (joint owners, 50/50), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
We act as the data controller for personal data processed under this policy. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@thefaceyogalab.com.
Our Platform includes an optional face-scanning feature. Face landmark detection runs entirely on your device — your camera images are never sent to our servers. We store only derived numerical landmark coordinates and the wellness analysis generated from them, not your actual image or video.
You may delete your scan history at any time from your account settings. See Section 5 for full details.
Payment card details are collected and stored solely by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a payment confirmation, subscription status, and a Stripe customer ID. We do not store card numbers or CVVs.
